TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF VFDPLUS

1. Terms & Conditions : These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern the use of the VFDPlus mobile application (“App”) made available by Equpoint Properties LTD & GMTech Consult Limited. By downloading, accessing, or using the App, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, you are not permitted to use the App.

2. License to Use : Subject to your compliance with these Terms, VFDPlus grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to download, install, and use the App on a mobile device that you own or control.

3. Ownership : The App, including all software, content, graphics, logos, trademarks, and other intellectual property contained in the App, is the property of Equpoint Properties LTD & GMTech Consult Limited or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. The license granted to you in these Terms does not convey any right, title, or interest in the App, except for the limited right to use the App as set forth in these Terms.

4. Restrictions: You agree not to, and will not permit others to: (a) modify, copy, distribute, transmit, display, perform, reproduce, publish, license, create derivative works from, transfer, or sell any information, software, products, or services obtained from the App; (b) use the App for any illegal purpose; (c) interfere with or disrupt the operation of the App; or (d) use the App to transmit any virus, worm, trojan, or other malicious code.

5. Disclaimers: The App is provided “as is” and Equpoint Properties LTD & GMTech Consult Limited makes no representations or warranties of any kind, express or implied, as to the operation of the App or the information, content, materials, or products included in the App. Equpoint Properties LTD & GMTech Consult Limited does not warrant that the App will be uninterrupted or error-free.

6. Limitation of Liability: Equpoint Properties LTD & GMTech Consult Limited will not be liable for any damages of any kind arising from the use of the App, including but not limited to direct, indirect, incidental, punitive, and consequential damages.

7. Changes to Terms: Equpoint Properties LTD & GMTech Consult Limited reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time without prior notice to you. Your continued use of the App after any such modifications constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.

8. Governing Law: These Terms will be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United Republic of Tanzania, without giving effect to any principles of conflicts of law.
